Cancellation Policy
Luxe Noir Day Spa Cancellation Policy
At Luxe Noir Day Spa, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and protect reserved appointment times, the following cancellation policy applies:
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to have their service shortened or rescheduled. If the appointment can no longer be accommodated, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation.
A valid card may be required to secure appointments. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation policy and authorize applicable cancellation or no-show fees.
